Murphy's Law says if it can go wrong, it will. Rare is the transaction that proceeds without a problem. It sometimes appears that agents spend more time dealing with problems than processing to close. Tough situations arise at every point in dealing with buyers. From the first contact to the closing table 'good byes', glitches line the path. Anticipating what could go wrong can only help us be more effective in preparing to handle that tough situation.
