Servicing Worthy Buyers

Seeking, selecting and servicing home buyers is always a challenge.
Not all parties who indicate a desire to buy a home are capable or worthy of our time and effort. That said, every buyer should be initially treated as though they are the 'best buyer' in the market and serviced accordingly....until they (or the situation) proves them otherwise.
Servicing buyers can be exciting, frustrating and rewarding. Buyers don't come with guarntees, but they do come bringing opportunities. Establish systems to capitalize on those opportunities.
